REFUNDS

Refunds and returns are only available for faulty items. For information on refunds and returns or to proceed with lodging a refund or return, email orders@newstandard-apparel.com.au.

We offer refunds and returns on most items. Items must be returned within 21 days of delivery date. Customer is required to send details of purchase and refund or return reason to orders@newstandard-apparel.com.au within 21 days of delivery date. Items must be in original condition (unwashed/unworn, not damaged and with any labels still attached.)

We do not provide refunds on postage. The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and will not be refunded.

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not offer any returns on swimwear or underwear products unless found faulty.

We do not offer returns on clearance sale items. (exchanges can be made)

Refunds and returns will be given at the discretion of New Standard Apparel. Arrange contact prior to sending items to check if a refund may be possible.

EXCHANGES

We offer exchanges on ALL items except swimwear, underwear, damaged or washed items and orders over 14 days of delivery date.

If a customer is exchanging items, the customer is required to pay postage when sending the items back to us.

We will cover postage when sending the exchange items back to the customer from New Standard Apparel.

If items are faulty we do offer exchange/return or a full refund, including postage. Items deemed faulty past 30 days may be denied.
